Jeff has more than 20 years of operational experience. Before joining the company in 2016, he held various positions at Encana Corporation and Schlumberger. During his tenure, Jeff has been responsible for managing highly technical and complex drilling and completions operations. His experience encompasses multiple basins across the U.S. Jeff’s focus on execution excellence helped lead his team to substantial cost savings and operational excellence. He graduated with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University. 

Spencer has over 15 years of subsurface geological and geophysical experience. Spencer began his career in 2007 with Petroleum Geo-Services, where he worked multiple basins stretching from the Texas Gulf Coast to Alaska’s North Slope. He joined Discovery Natural Resources in 2009 and played a pivotal role in the discovery and development of mid-continent conventional assets along with the entry and development of Midland Basin assets. In 2015, Spencer joined Samuel Gary Jr. & Associates, where he ran subsurface mid-continent operations. He also was a key member of the Gary Permian’s Delaware Basin team. Throughout Spencer’s career, he has been a value-creating geologist through drilling hundreds of conventional and unconventional wells in multiple basins. He received a bachelor of science in earth science with a minor in geospatial analysis from Emporia State University.

Nick has over 15 years of experience in multiple facets of federal, state and local taxation and compliance. Before joining the company, he was a tax manager for Hein & Associates in Denver. He earned a bachelor of business administration in accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and is a licensed CPA.
